But it’s not just in the virtual world that things are moving forward; preparations for track construction are also in full swing. Newly acquired concrete guide walls have already been painted in the Austrian national colors of red-white-red in order to visually represent the name “Grand Mountain Prize of Austria” accordingly. Christian Ferstl as responsible person says to it: “It’s phenomenal! No matter where you knock, there is only positive feedback. And everyone immediately asks how they can help! For this we say a big thank you already now! Our supporting clubs KDW Motorsport and Auer Power Motorsport are ready to join us in the many tasks with great effort!”
The ultimate hill climb on the Rechberg will be held from April 28 to 30, 2023, as a run for the
FIA European Hillclimb Championship will be held. In addition, there will be other predicates, such as the Austrian Mountain Championship, as well as the Slovenian and Slovakian Championships.
