Do I have a right of return?

The sale of tickets for a concert, musical, theater, sports or other leisure event does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g para. 2 No. 9 BGB. This means that tickets are excluded from exchange and return.

How much are the shipping costs?

  • For shipments to Austria the shipping costs are 4,90 €.
  • There are no shipping costs for on-site pickup at Grazerstraße 11, 8600 Bruck an der Mur.
  • For shipments to Germany the shipping costs are 4,90 €.
  • For deliveries to other EU countries the shipping costs are 4,90 €.

To which countries does the Rechbergrennen send the tickets?

We are an Austrian company and ship to all EU countries.

How long is the processing time / delivery time?

The processing time varies by payment method between 1 and 10 business days.

We ship with the Austrian Post AG.

Why is it important to provide my email address?

We will send you information about your order process and the temporary PDF voucher to your email address. So you are always up-to-date about the status of your order. We do not send promotional emails to your email address.
If you do not receive an order confirmation in your mailbox within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at info@rechbergrennen.co.at.

How does the on-site pickup work?

For on-site pickup, you will need identification and your order confirmation with your order number.

In the first step you will get an order confirmation incl. a PDF voucher. CAUTION: This PDF voucher is NOT a valid ticket for the sport event. We will contact you by email at least 30 days before the event and inform you where and in which time slot you can pick up your tickets.

FAQs about the shuttle service

Is the order confirmation also the ticket for the shuttle service?

No, you will receive the valid ticket by mail after the online order at the earliest 30 days before the event.

Can I get on the shuttle bus on the way?

Yes, along both routes there is the possibility at the stops described in the information. However, in all cases it is necessary to book a ticket for one of the travel times / one of the departure points, as the total number of seats is limited.

Where exactly does the shuttle service go at the event location?

The exit points are each approx. 700 m from the paddock (coming from Weiz) or before the finish bend (coming from Frohnleiten). From there, please continue on foot.

I would like to use the shuttle service only for the arrival – is that possible?

A paid ticket includes both arrival and departure, there is no refund for using only the arrival.

Is the ticket for the race also the ticket for the shuttle service?

No, the ticket for the shuttle service must be booked/ordered separately.

Is there a reduced price ticket for children?

No, seats on the shuttle bus are priced the same regardless of the age of the user.
