When you order your tickets, you will receive an order confirmation and a PDF, which you can keep or give away as a placeholder for the actual ticket.
As the tickets will not be produced until spring, they will probably not be sent to you until March.

The reason for this is the different delivery times.
As the T-shirts are already in stock and therefore ready for dispatch, you would have to wait until March for your T-shirts if you ordered them together. For this reason, tickets and T-shirts can currently only be ordered separately.

If you are okay with waiting until March for your T-shirts, you are welcome to send us an e-mail to shop@rechbergrennen.co.at with your order request.

• The shipping costs for shipments to Austria are € 5.90.
• There are no shipping costs for on-site pickup at Grazerstraße 11, 8600 Bruck an der Mur.
• The shipping costs for shipments to Germany are €5.90.
• For deliveries to other EU countries, the shipping costs are €5.90.

In 2024, we did not adjust the shipping costs compared to the previous year.
We had to adjust the shipping costs for the Rechbergrennen 2025. Furthermore, we have decided to choose a shipping method with shipment tracking. This allows you to track the exact route of your tickets or merchandise.

We offer the following payment methods:

• direct bank transfer
• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard)
• EPS
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

We are an Austrian company and ship to all EU countries.

The sale of tickets for a concert, musical, theater, sports or other leisure event does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of § 312 g para. 2 No. 9 BGB. This means that tickets are excluded from exchange and return.

The processing time varies by payment method between 1 and 10 business days.

The delivery time is usually

• Austria: 3 – 5 Werktage
• Germany: 5 – 7 Werktage
• EU countries: up to 7 – 10 working days

We ship with the Austrian Post AG.

We will send you information about your order process and the temporary PDF voucher to your e-mail address. This way you are always up to date on the status of your order. We do not send advertising emails to your email address. You will also receive your tracking number here.

Yes, since the 2024/2025 season, a tracking number has been sent with the order. If you cannot find yours or have not received your email, please contact shop@rechbergrennen.co.at

The tickets for the Rechbergrennen will not be produced until spring and will be sent to you in March.
So that when you buy the tickets you don’t just have the order confirmation, but also something to give as a gift, all order confirmation emails will include a PDF that you can give as a gift instead of the actual ticket.
Please note that the actual tickets will be sent to the purchaser’s address from March. So if you have given away the PDF, please do not forget to give the real tickets to the recipient.
The PDF itself is not an admission ticket!

For on-site pickup, you will need identification and your order confirmation with your order number.

In the first step you will get an order confirmation incl. a PDF voucher. CAUTION: This PDF voucher is NOT a valid ticket for the sport event. We will contact you by email at least 30 days before the event and inform you where and in which time slot you can pick up your tickets.

The Rechbergrennen 2026 will take place from April 24 – 26.

Since the registration deadline for the Rechbergrennen is probably 10-14 days before the race itself, the entry list for the upcoming Rechbergrennen will not be published until this date.
However, we will try to keep you up to date via our news and social media.

Many fans love the Lackner Reith (Fanzone 1). Here you can see the riders in full action. You will also be kept up to date with all the important information via a video wall.
There are also toilets, fan merchandise, food, drinks and much more.

There is a footpath between the start and Lackner Reith. This means that you can also move back and forth between the two locations during the race. The walk takes about 15 minutes (depending on your physical condition and luggage😉).
Please bear in mind that you won’t be able to see much of the race during the transition, as the route is away from the track. However, you can keep up to date via the livestream on your cell phone.

The fan zones have no seating. You should therefore take camping chairs, folding armchairs, blankets or other items with you.
Depending on the weather, sun protection (sunglasses, caps (also available to buy on site), sun cream) or windbreakers, rain jackets etc. are also recommended.
Large tents or folding pavilions are not permitted as they obstruct the view of other fans.
(If you dig holes in the meadow in order to be able to align your seating, please fill these holes in again at the end of the day.)
There are plenty of food and drink stands available.

No, we will not be providing a shuttle service this year.

No, the opportunity to take a sightseeing flight over the Rechbergrennen area was only available in 2024 for the 50th anniversary of the Rechbergrennen.
