The organizing committee of the Rechbergrennen thinks and acts sustainably!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the tree seedling distribution campaign carried out in March 2024 together with the municipalities of Fladnitz an der Teichalm and Semriach, and the use of lead vehicles powered by synthetic, sustainable fuel during the 2025 event, the Rechbergrennen organizing committee is taking another significant step toward sustainability:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In cooperation with the market town of Passail, the automotive specialist Lembacher, and the Climate and Energy Model Region Almenland, the range of electric vehicles offered by the eCar sharing project in Passail has been doubled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From now on, two electric vehicles \u2014 a brand-new FORD Explorer (\u201cReini\u201d) and the trusted E-Golf (\u201cHans\u201d) \u2014 are ready to be borrowed and used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In doing so, the organizing committee of Rechbergrennen GmbH supports carbon-neutral local transport and is able to offset part of the greenhouse gas emissions produced by the competition vehicles during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cGro\u00dfer Bergpreis von \u00d6sterreich\u201d thus reaffirms its leading role in sustainability across Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
