Especially in hill climb racing, where maximum performance and efficiency are required, it is clear that climate protection and high performance are not a contradiction in terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is particularly evident in the fact that M\u00fcnzer Bioindustrie GmbH has supported the <strong>sustainability initiatives<\/strong> of the Rechberg Race from the very beginning and provides waste-based biodiesel to power the generators used on site.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The managing directors of Rechbergrennen GmbH are clearly delighted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In Ewald-Marco M\u00fcnzer, we not only have a real petrolhead from our region, but also one of the biggest company bosses, who is very successful in his business areas throughout Europe,&#8221; says <strong>Mario Klammer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Peter Eibisberger<\/strong> adds: &#8220;It just fits! M\u00fcnzer Bioindustrie GmbH thinks and acts just as innovatively and successfully as we do. And that&#8217;s why we are also very positive about a long-term collaboration.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Werner Faustmann<\/strong> in his position as Sustainability Officer at the Rechbergrennen, sees it this way from his perspective: &#8220;M\u00fcnzer Bioindustrie GmbH with Ewald-Marco M\u00fcnzer at the helm is exactly what I want as a sponsor. They have been a supporter since the very beginning &#8211; the fact that they are now even the main sponsor is a sign that we have done a lot of things right in terms of sustainability in recent years. With our tree planting campaign with over 1,000 seedlings in the Rechberg area and our car-sharing campaign with the market town of Passail, we have already managed to offset the entire CO2 emissions of our racing operations. This also makes us a lighthouse project that attracts international attention.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tickets for the race weekend can still be ordered until April 16 via the homepage<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rechbergrennen.co.at\/en\/\">(www.rechbergrennen.co.at)<\/a> or purchased at the advance booking offices (see homepage). Tickets are of course still available on site for last-minute visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fans can experience the great mountain classic on the weekend of <strong>April 24 to 26, 2026<\/strong>. And it will be the <strong>52nd race on the Rechberg<\/strong> &#8211; no other mountain event in Austria can look back on such a history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ultimate hillclimb race on the Rechberg will be held this year as the <strong>first round of<\/strong> the <strong>FIA European Hillclimb Championship<\/strong> (modern &amp; historic). And due to the changes to the FIA regulations, an even higher-caliber field of participants can be expected than last year.
