The following payments are securely processed with the payment system provider Stripe. SSL encryption for data transmission is a matter of course. We support the following online payment methods, where we will process your order from the next business day after your online payment is completed:
- Instant bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Maestro
- PayPal
Alternatively, we offer Direct Bank Transfer, where you can make the transfer yourself using your online banking or with your bank. You will receive our IBAN and BIC after the order process. In case of a direct bank transfer, we will process your order only after we have received the payment on our bank account (approx. 1-2 working days).
We support cash on delivery shipping. If you do not want to make the payment in advance, you can pay for the order directly when you receive it or when you pick it up from your package delivery company.
If you pay by credit card, the charge will be made on the same day. When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following data: Cardholder, card number, credit card company, expiration date, CVV code. The data is transferred via SSL encryption with at least 128 bit key and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons.
